By using dialerbot.online, contacting us, or purchasing bots, you agree to these Terms with Dialer Bot (Office 8, ZamZama Plaza, Rawalpindi, Pakistan).
Services & fees
Dialer Bot provides AI voice bots for qualification and warm handoff. Starter bots are $35 USD per bot unless otherwise agreed. Enterprise pricing is custom.
Customer responsibilities
- Lawful rights to numbers, lists, and dialer access you connect.
- Responsibility for scripts, consent, quiet hours, and industry rules.
- No fraud, harassment, or illegal solicitation.
Liability
Service depends on carriers, dialers, and model providers. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dialer Bot is not liable for indirect damages or campaign underperformance. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
Governed by laws applicable in Pakistan. Courts in Rawalpindi / Islamabad have jurisdiction unless a signed enterprise agreement says otherwise.
